Ingredients


  • sushi-grade tuna

    200g

  • chorizo sausage

    150g

  • pineapple chunks

    1 cup

  • kimchi

    1/2 cup

  • sriracha mayo

    2 tbsp

  • sesame seeds

    1 tbsp

  • tortilla chips

    1 bag




Steps


  • Grill the chorizo sausage until cooked through, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

  • Dice the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna, grilled chorizo, pineapple chunks, and kimchi.

  • Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the mixture and toss gently to coat.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added crunch and flavor.
