Steps
Grill the chorizo sausage until cooked through, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna, grilled chorizo, pineapple chunks, and kimchi.
Drizzle the sriracha mayo over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added crunch and flavor.
